Emerald has serviced hot water tank, boiler heating system and AC system and do an excellent job. On time, clean and no hidden or extra charges.

I was kept informed on the progress of my issue with my furnace.
Travis did a great job explaining what needed to be done and suggested a few items to improve the furnace and prevent future problems.
Adam and Brandon are installing a new air handler and air conditioner
Test and tune on York natural gas furnace & AC
Completed 1st year free test and tune on mini split system. No operational issues found, treated drain pan, cleaned filter. Discussed comfort select plan, declined at this time.
Completed ac Test and tune, static pressure is slightly high at 1.0in w.c. No operational issues found at this time. Discussed air cleaner for his sons house down the street, declined membership renewal at this time.
During ac inspection, found indoor coil has a leak, also the system is low on R22. discussed concerns of age of equiptment both furnace and ac with customer. Customer is going to wait on any repairs or replacement at this time. Confirmed low charge by seeing ice start to build up on the lines inside near furnace.
Adam came out to look at the outdoor unit because the customer thought I was not level. Just want to make sure unit was level so the customer does not have to worry
